Basic Services
- Perform a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property in accordance with the current standards of practice (SOP) of the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)
- Provide a written report identifying defects both observed and deemed material

- Note that the roof will be inspected by drone (FAA Certified Remote Pilot / Small UAS)
